Programme Lead
Vincent is interim Programme Lead for EU Politics and Climate Governance within the Political Economy and Governance team. Vincent is contributing to E3G’s political strategy in Europe with the aim of safeguarding and reinforcing the political foundations in the EU for a successful, socially fair transition to a climate-safe economy.

His expertise covers EU politics, political strategy, EU institutional and budgetary affairs, the EU’s economic governance and sustainable finance. Previously, Vincent worked as a political and policy adviser in the European Parliament where he contributed, amongst others, to establishing the EU’s sustainable finance legislative framework.
Vincent holds a MSc in political science from Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He enjoys cycling and listening and playing jazz music.
