Senior Policy Advisor
Raphael works as a Senior Policy Advisor on Gas Politics. He leads on the day-to-day research, stakeholder engagement, advocacy and communications work on gas and infrastructure.

Prior to joining E3G, Raphael was working on the climate aspects of the EU budget for CEE Bankwatch Network, a position he joined after working for ENGIE for 2 years.
Raphael holds a MA in European Interdisciplinary studies from the College of Europe and in European Affairs from Sciences-Po Lille. During his studies, he specialised on energy issues and on the European Neighbourhood Policy.
Raphael is an avid runner and hiker. He loves jazz and electronic music.
