Programme Lead
Dahlia is a Programme Lead, leading E3G’s Centre for Political Economy and Climate Change (CPECC).
Dahlia aims to position E3G as a leading analyst in the field of political economy. The Centre for Political Economy and Climate Change will deliver high priority climate outcomes and scale and develop capability across E3G, its network and wider climate community.
As part of E3G’s Political Economy and Governance work, Dahlia collaborates across E3G’s other programmes in energy transitions, clean economy, climate diplomacy and geopolitics, and coal to clean. She is using her expertise in political risk, disinformation and intelligence across countries and regions to build momentum in strategic areas and unlock progress through scaling the climate transition. Dahlia is building strategic partnerships to establish E3G’s international footprint as it goes global.
Dahlia has experience in both private and non-profit spaces across London, Geneva and Singapore. She previously worked at energy consulting firm Baringa supporting real economy and government clients on the energy transition. She was also an Associate Director at political risk consultancy Control Risks initially working in political and business intelligence, followed by cyber threat intelligence. She started her career on BNP Paribas’ credit sales and trading desk.
Dahlia holds a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London, a joint degree Master of Laws in International Dispute Settlement from the University of Geneva and Geneva Graduate Institute, and Legal Practice Course certification from the BPP School of Law.
In her spare time, Dahlia enjoys going to the theatre, trawling through recipe books, and a long swim.
