Cosima is a Programme Lead focussing on multilateral venues within climate diplomacy and geopolitics team.

Cosima leads E3G’s work advancing E3G climate diplomacy goals and objectives in international fora including the UNFCCC process, COP, G7, G20, at the UN and beyond.
Prior to E3G, she spent a decade in the UK civil service, working as an economist at the Department for Transport and Department for Food, Environment and Rural Affairs. From 2017-2023 she worked for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office as a UK Diplomat in Germany, leading the Embassy’s work on global issues, including climate, energy, environment industrial policy and social policy.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh in Economics and Sociology, and an MSc in International Trade, Finance and Development from the Barcelona School of Economics.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, spending time in nature, playing guitar and singing in a choir.
